The Emanuel Arts Council, Inc. (EAC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose purpose is to empower and grow the community through cultural programs in all areas of the arts for the general betterment and benefit of the people of Emanuel County and surrounding communities.

The Kalmanson Gallery
Named after longtime EAC Board Member and East Georgia State College art professor (retired), Neil Kalmanson, The Kalmanson Gallery is the only active art gallery in Emanuel County with continuous art exhibitions every year. The Kalmanson Gallery is free and open to the public.
Community
The EAC is proud to offer the community the chance to interact with art related activities from visual arts to music. We also enjoy participating in community events and festivals throughout the year.
